La Mode offers the following Returns Policy: You can return or exchange items only within 30 days of your order date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of goods. A refund will be made for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges. If you have any other questions concerning returns please contact us.

Return Requirements:

Merchandise that is being returned must be new, unused and unwashed complete with original tags and its original packaging intact. Any merchandise received that has been washed, worn or damaged will have a 20% restocking fee applied.

  • Quantity
  • Reason For Return

Please allow 2-4 business days for return request to be reviewed and processed. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number, once you have contacted our Customer Service Department. Please write the RMA number outside of the package that is being returned. All returns must to be mailed to:

RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to all returns.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENTS:

When we have received and confirmed your return, you will be notified by phone or email. Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued. If you need to replace an item, please contact us before returning your item.
